Job Overview:

The Junior Sales & Business Development Representative position is an integral member of the Quick Start Program (QSP), in which the company’s clients will receive regular business support on lead generation and sales related activities for a duration of 90 days each. Combined with a variety of other business support functions, the objective of the Sales & Business Development Representative is to help clients build a successful foundation for their business.The Business Development Rep. will be supported by a plethora of internal education designed to continually enhance his/her knowledge and career. This is a fast and dynamic company with huge room for growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly coaching sessions with newly trained clients

Coach and support client’s with their lead generation and sales business activities

Directly monitor and support our clients via online community technology

Record notes of all client coaching sessions and input into CRM

Identify opportunities to enhance systems/tools for clients and the QSP program

Stay current with all company products, services, technologies, sales & Internet marketing strategies

 
 

Job location: Mississauga, Ontario, (near Toronto Pearson Airport)
Salary Range: 18k +bonuses and commissions + med. benefits (up to 35-30k in 1st year)

A Franchise Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and ensuring high customer relationships with every applicant, as well as generating sales department revenue through the promotion and development of new franchise locations on a global basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and open sale files of the company in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
  • Prospect and qualify franchise applicants over the phone
  • Understanding of psychological profiling tests in order to qualify applicants 
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with individuals and/or business owners on a global basis

Salary Range: 24k -25k base + 5% commission  

Responsibilities:

·         Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone – leads are provided!

·         Engage and discuss with clients and qualify them for business opportunities

·         Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from clients

·         Persuade prospects of the value of our client's solution and how it directly addresses the prospect's requirements

·         Qualify prospects according to their budget, level of authority, customer needs and timeframe

·         Achieve company’s productivity metrics associated with the program

·         Provide email and telephone based customer service

·         Maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders

·         Other duties, as required
