Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service
· Answer telephone in friendly and professional manner
· Field phone calls and emails and take messages accordingly
· Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
· Provide informed and accurate information to customers
· Packing direct orders and orders from online store
· Assist with office administration duties: filing, data input, sending and receiving mail, running errands, maintaining clean office space, etc.
· Assist with marketing duties as requested: trade show planning, social media
· Assist with sales duties as requested: special events/tradeshows, in-store demos, product deliveries, sales calls, etc.
Qualifications:
· Availability of 35 hours/week
· Access to own vehicle and valid driver’s license
· Post-secondary education (business/sales/marketing an asset)
· Motivated, reliable, and hard-working
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Good command of the English language – both written and verbal
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
· Ability to think critically and work independently
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-player
· Strong desire to learn and improve
· Previous customer service experience
· Previous sales experience an asset
· Knowledge of/interest in social media for business
· Previous education/experience in marketing an asset
