Customer Contact Representative ($14.25hr+Benefits)
Individual will be responsible for contacting existing consumers via telephone that have been identified and targeted as having needs for our clients` product presentation. Selected applicant will up-sell these existing customers by presenting and promoting the value of various product benefits. Selected applicantwill identify sales opportunities, and handle customer objections to achieve sales targets.
Retail and/or telesales experience
- Superior oral & written English or English/French* communication skills
- A dedication and charisma to offer quality customer contacts
Permanent FULL TIME evening/weekend positions; Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 10 pm plus the ability to work Saturdays based on business needs, 10 am to 6pm.
